An admin user for your account can invite you to set up your account. You will receive an email with an invitation to sign up from account@robinai.co.uk. If you have not received an email, check your junk folder.
- Click the Start Registration Process button in the invitation email. You will be taken to a registration page.
- Enter your first and last name.
- Enter your Job Title.
- Enter a password. Robin AI has strict password standards:
- Your password must contain 10 or more characters
- It must include include at least including at least one number, but not be entirely numeric.
- It must not be a commonly used passwords such as “password”.
- Enter the same password again to confirm it.
- Click Join Robin.
- If your organisation requires two-factor authentication, you will be directed to a page to set up two-factor authentication. See here for more details on how to set up two-factor authentication. Enter the six-digit code generated by your authenticator app and click Join Robin .
- You are successfully logged into the Robin AI platform.
