Setting up your account

An admin user for your account can invite you to set up  your account. You will receive an email with an invitation to sign up from account@robinai.co.uk. If you have not received an email, check your junk folder.

  1. Click the Start Registration Process button in the invitation email. You will be taken to a registration page.
  2. Enter your first and last name.
  3. Enter your Job Title.
  4. Enter a password. Robin AI has strict password standards:
    • Your password must contain 10 or more characters
    • It must include include at least including at least one number, but not be entirely numeric.
    • It must not be a commonly used passwords such as “password”.
  5. Enter the same password again to confirm it.
  6. Click Join Robin.
  7. If your organisation requires two-factor authentication, you will be directed to a page to set up two-factor authentication. See here for more details on how to set up two-factor authentication. Enter the six-digit code generated by your authenticator app and click Join Robin .
  8. You are  successfully logged into the Robin AI platform.
