Reviewing Reports in Robin AI

Back to Help Center

You can view, edit, verify and manage report answers within the Robin AI platform. This allows you to quickly complete legal workflows end-to-end within one software platform.

Viewing Reports

  1. To view a report, click on the report by name in the Reports Hub. You’ll be taken to a grid view of your report with all answers for all contracts populated as a grid.
  2. Sometimes it’s helpful to see the question that was used to generate a report answer. You can do this by either hovering on a topic or click View in the top right corner and toggling Show questions to turn on/off.

Checking Answers

You can check Robin’s answers using our citations feature. Click on a citation to be taken to the relevant clause Robin used to generate its answer.

  1. You’ll notice numbered citations (for example, [1], [2], [3]) at the bottom of each cell in the table.
  2. Click on a citation number to open a modal showing the answer, with the contract automatically scrolled to the referenced clause.
  3. Robin sometimes cites multiple clauses that are relevant. To view another citation, simply click its number; you can scroll through all citations this way.
  4. Click Open Document to open a full view of the contract, and chat with Robin about the contract.
  5. Close the modal by clicking the close button at the top right.

Editing and Verifying Robin’s Answers

You can edit Robin’s answers as well as mark answers as verified to let colleagues know that a human has checked and verified their accuracy.

  1. Click on the answer in the grid to open a modal showing the answer.
  2. You can click on Robin’s answer and edit it. After any edits you make, click the Save button. You’ll see the screen update to reflect that you’ve edited the answer. You can make multiple edits to an answer. Edits appear in the downloaded report as well.
  3. Once you’ve checked Robin’s answer and provided any tweaks, mark the answer as Verified. This lets other team members know you’ve reviewed Robin’s answer. When you view the answer in the grid view, you’ll see a green check letting you know the answer has been reviewed.
