Reviewing Reports in Robin AI

Reports enables you to view and manage report answers directly within the Robin AI platform. This provides a unified and intuitive experience to extract, analyse, verify, and share contract data efficiently through a single platform. By eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools, legal teams can complete work faster while maintaining accuracy and control.

Accessing in-Platform Reports.

  1. To access in-Platform Reports, click on the Report Title in the Reports Hub dashboard. You will be directed to a grid view of all answers across all the contracts in your Reports.
  2. You can either hover on the topics to view the question or Select View in the top right corner and click the Show questions toggle to turn on/off the questions view.

Viewing Citations

Clickable citations allow you to verify Robin’s answers by pointing you to the relevant clauses.

  1. Select View in the top right corner and click the Show citations toggle to turn on/off the citations view.  In each cell you’ll notice numbered citations (for example, [1], [2], [3]) at the bottom of the answer.
  2. Click on any citation number to open a modal window showing the referenced clause.
  3. Review the clause content to understand the specific source of information.
  4. To view another citation, simply click its number - you can scroll through all citations this way.
  5. Click Open Document to open the contract view and access our Legal AI Assistant chat feature.
  6. Close the modal by using the close button at the top right.

Download the report

You can download a report in either Word (.docx) or excel(.xlsx) formats.

  • Click the download icon on the top right of the page.
  • Select your preferred format.
  • Choose whether to include citations in your downloaded report.
  • Click Download to select the download destination and begin your download.

Managing Your Report

From the three dots menu in the top right corner, you can:

  1. Duplicate the report to add more contracts
  2. Rename the report
  3. Save the report as a template
