Expired Registration Links

Registration links to Robin AI are temporary and expire 7 days after they have been sent.

How to know that your invite has expired?

• You received an "Invalid token" message when trying to sign up.
• The registration link no longer works and you can't access the registration page.

To resolve this:

1. Go to https://app.robinai.co.uk/forgot-password
2. Enter your email address that received the original invitation link.
3. Click Reset Password.
4. Check your email for the reset link.
5. Complete the signup process within 3 hours of receiving the new link.
6. Repeat the above steps if you're unable to signup before the new link expires.
