Chat

Robin’s legal AI assistant can help you:

  • quickly analyse and locate information within a contract;
  • generate summaries of the key points contained within a contract;
  • ask questions in natural language to deep dive into a contract;
  • identify problematic and risky clauses within a contract.

When you access the chat feature, Robin will present you with some example questions you can ask to assist you in your review of the contract. You can ask Robin’s legal AI assistant a wide range of questions about your contract from summarisation to translation. If you are unsure of what to ask Robin’s legal AI assistant, simply ask in the chat box “what questions can I ask you about this contract?” and Robin’s legal AI assistant will provide you with a list of example questions.

Please note that Robin’s legal AI assistant cannot provide legal advice, but it can help you to get some basic tasks done much faster, like finding specific information buried in a contract, or preparing a summary of the contract for your colleagues.

Actions

The Actions tab contains three main functionalities:

  1. Defined Terms: this feature identifies any terms which have been defined in the contract and locates where such terms may be missing or may have been incorrectly applied. You can use the arrows to view the suggested edits to the Defined Terms, then either accept or dismiss the suggested edit.
  2. Parties: this feature enables you to store the details of your contracting parties and entities for easy access and re-use within your contracts. From this database, you can easily select the counterparty that you wish to add into the contract by simply copying and pasting their details in to the relevant part of the contract.
  3. Reports: this  is a powerful feature that enables you to generate summaries of key points in your agreements. When you run a report, a concise organised document is generated with answers extracted from your agreement that are relevant to the specific questions in your chosen template. Choose from pre-built Robin templates designed for different agreement types (NDAs,  Service agreements, etc.) or contact us to find out how to build your own custom templates.
