Reports allow you to quickly analyse documents and receive structured answers to common legal questions based on predefined templates.
Running a report
- When viewing your contract, navigate to and click on the Actions tab located the right-hand panel.
- From the available options, click Run Report.
- Select from the list of templates Robin AI provides. Each template is designed for specific legal review purposes.
- Click the toggle to choose whether to include citations in your report. Citations provide direct references to relevant clauses in your documents.
- Click Run Report to begin running the report. You will see the progress of the report whilst it is running.
- Once completed, a report in docx format will be delivered directly to your inbox.
- The completed report will contain three columns as follows:
- the topics in the template;
- answers to all questions included in the template with clickable citation links if previously selected;
- A section to take notes.
Using Citations
Click on any citation link within the report to open the relevant clause. You will be directed to the specific clause in the web application
Important: You must be logged into the web application via app.robinai.co.uk/login for citation links to work properly.
