Suspending a User

Admins and Owners can remove a user from having access to Robin AI by suspending them.

  1. Click Users in the left sidebar.
  2. Find the relevant user in the users table.
  3. Click the three dots icon for the user.
  4. Click the Suspend option.
  5. The user will be suspended from accessing Robin AI.

When you suspend a user, you suspend their access to your account. You might do this because:

  • the user has left your business,
  • the user no longer require access.

Reactivating a Suspended user

When a user is suspended, their access to Robin AI is removed. Admins and Owners can reactivate a user who was previously suspended from their Robin AI account.

To reactivate a suspended user:

  1. Click Users in the left sidebar.
  2. Find the relevant user in the users table.
  3. Click the three dots icon for the user.
  4. Click the Reactivate option.
  5. The user will be reactivated and able to access Robin AI.
